Dr Sanchita Bhattacharya

Dr. Sanchita Bhattacharya is the Founder Director of the Holistic Health Centre for Integrative Medicine (HHCIM) in New Delhi. She also consults for SHARAN India and serves as a COVID-19 expert at AIIMS under the PRAKASHMAY Project. With a decade of experience as a family physician, she transitioned to preventive and nutritional medicine 15 years ago while working in a nutraceutical company. This experience highlighted the crucial role of nutrition and supplements in preventing and reversing lifestyle diseases.

Her extensive research led her to advocate for a whole foods plant-based diet for disease prevention and reversal. Personal health challenges in her family prompted her to adopt a holistic health approach, incorporating nutrition, yoga, meditation, and energy healing to combat chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, osteoporosis, arthritis, migraines, depression, and anxiety.

Dr. Bhattacharya has conducted numerous community and school workshops, webinars, and received various accolades, including speaker invitations from AIIMS PRAKASHMAY, THDCIL’s Leadership Seminar, USFN, and the Community Health Talk at Camelias, Gurgaon. She has also presented health talks at prestigious schools like Mother’s International and contributed regularly to international publications such as The Eagle Tribe and Prevention Magazine. Her book on holistic health is an Amazon bestseller.

Dr. Bhattacharya holds an MBBS from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Jabalpur, and specialized in Preventive and Promotive Health from Apollo Hospitals Education Research Foundation, New Delhi. She earned a Certificate in Evidence-Based Optimal Nutrition from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and is a certified life and health coach from Symbiosis Canada. Recognized for her leadership in the nutraceutical business, she has consistently helped individuals achieve better health through optimal nutrition, exercise, and mental health interventions, often replacing conventional medications.
